Just a quick post, (I'm a busy mommy now!) We're home from the Hospital...finally. Sitting here at home with Jackson yesterday afternoon and all day today has been so wonderful. I can't believe that this is my life - I feel like I need to continuously keep pinching myself, this cannot be real. I am hands down happier than I've ever been in my entire life. I've never felt such joy and felt so at peace. Jackson is everything that I could have ever dreamed of and more than I know I deserve.
